Winter's Morning Prowl 10x20 Print
In Yellowstone with some friends on a winter trip, most of what we saw were hungry coyotes (some of which appeared to not be having a very good season). This was one of the few that looked fairly healthy.
He was just kind of chilling by the road overlooking a steep valley and we had to stop and get him. Not get him. We’re not THAT white.
It was around -14 degrees that morning, so you can imagine just how tough it is to survive. So this one is a survivor.
