These offerings are separate from our portrait work and are built around clear options, dependable results, and flexibility based on how the images will be used.

The following options are designed to fit different needs, from a single professional image to a full set of images for individuals or teams.

Essential

The Essential Headshot is designed for professionals who need a straightforward, high-quality image.
This studio-based offering includes one professionally retouched headshot. Background options include solid white, black, or gray, or a classic old master-style background with a primary color of your choice.

Additional final images may be added for $200 each.

This option is well suited for individuals who need a single image for professional profiles or business use.

Request Essential Option

Professional

The Professional Headshot is a flexible option for professionals and teams who need multiple images with a consistent look.

This offering includes up to ten final, retouched headshots and may be used for an individual or an office staff. For teams with more than ten people, additional images can be added based on total headcount.

Headshots may be photographed in studio, at your place of business, or outdoors. Outdoor availability is limited to early morning or late evening.

Request Professional Option

Premium

The Premium Headshot is built for businesses and professionals who need a broad set of images for branding and visibility.

This option includes everything in the Professional Headshot, with up to thirty final, professionally retouched images. It may be used for an individual or for a team and includes the option for a group or team image.

Premium is often used to create a full visual library, including headshots, team imagery, and supporting images that show what you do and how you do it.

Pricing starts at $2,995 and includes up to thirty final images. Additional images beyond thirty are available at $100 each.

For orders exceeding forty-nine total images, additional images are $75 each.

Company & Corporate

This offering is designed for organizations needing a large volume of consistent headshots for staff, departments, or company-wide use.

Company headshots are photographed on location and follow the Essential headshot style. Background options include white, black, or gray, or a classic Old Master–style background. All work is completed at your location, with up to one full day included. Additional days may be added as needed.

Pricing is based on total number of individuals photographed and includes professional retouching and digital delivery.

Company Headshot Pricing

Base fee: $500–$2,500
(Based on day fee and total headcount)

Per-image pricing by volume:

50–100 individuals: $50 per image
101–200 individuals: $40 per image
201–300 individuals: $30 per image
301–499 individuals: $20 per image
500+ individuals: $15 per image

Travel fees are waived for projects involving 301 or more individuals.

All company headshot projects are planned in advance to ensure smooth scheduling and consistent results. Additional days beyond the first may be added for an additional fee.

What to expect

After your time at the studio, or wherever your images were made, you’ll review your images on a large screen at our studio, usually the next day or within one week.

We’ll go through them together, one by one, and narrow things down to the images that best fit your needs.

If additional images are needed beyond what’s included in your selected option, that decision is made during this review. Once your selections are finalized, your chosen images are professionally retouched and prepared for digital delivery via email.
